About Simply BLS
Skills that can make a difference when it matters most
With 20 years of experience working in healthcare, Simply BLS was created from a simple belief: knowing what to do in an emergency can make a life-changing difference.
When a cardiac arrest happens, every second matters. Survival is strongly influenced by how quickly CPR is started and an AED is used. While healthcare professionals are trained to respond to these emergencies, cardiac arrests can happen anywhere — at home, at work, in public places and within our communities.
That’s why we believe these potentially lifesaving skills shouldn't be limited to healthcare professionals.
Our training is designed to give people the knowledge, confidence and practical skills to recognise a cardiac arrest and take action while waiting for emergency services to arrive.
Giving back to our communities
Simply BLS isn't just about providing training — we want to make a difference beyond the classroom too.
10% of our profits will be invested directly back into local communities through CPR and AED awareness sessions.
Our aim is to help more people understand:
- How to recognise a cardiac arrest
- How to perform CPR
- How to use an AED
- Why acting quickly matters
- What they can do while waiting for an ambulance
We believe that the more people who know these simple but potentially lifesaving skills, the more confident our communities can become in responding to an emergency.
Because anyone can be there when it happens
Around 80% of cardiac arrests occur outside of healthcare settings, meaning that the person who may have the opportunity to start CPR or use an AED is often a member of the public.
We want to help create communities where people feel prepared to step forward rather than feeling helpless in an emergency.
Learn the skills. Build the confidence. Make a difference.
Simply BLS
